MW data a/s has developed a unique QA-module to Microsoft Dynamics™ AX, that is fully integrated with standard Microsoft Dynamics™ AX's modules regarding trade, logistics and production.

The MW-QA-module is fully integrated to Microsoft Dynamics™ AX with event-steering of registrations, workflow handling and integration to the document handling.

Quality Assurance is available for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX 3.0 and 4.0.

Receipt control

MW-QA offers the possibility to register control cards / measurement results in relation to receiving goods. The control cards are closely link to Microsoft Dynamics™ AX's quarantine management. Registrations can result in 1) acceptance of the received goods, 2) deviation actions or 3) direct error handling with instructions connected to the specific results.

It is possible to link different documents to different items, that describes the QA-control and error-handling in specific situations.

One item can be joined to one or more control cards.

You also have the possibility of setting up differentiated controls depending on vendor-/item-combinations.

Complaints against vendors

The MW-QA-module gives the possi-bility to register complaints against vendors, connection of test results and automatic creation of returned items in the purchase order module.You can connect a workflow with integration to Microsoft Outlook, so that the relevant employees can be informed in case of deviations.

Control cards

Control cards can be setup standard, and accordingly be connected to one or more items. Control cards can be either of the "checklist"-type or it can be set up as minimum and maximum values for specific measurements. Values can freely be set up as values, checkmarks or a combination. There is also the possibility of creating ?ad hoc? control cards without predefined content. Control cards can in turn be connected to guide lines, and you can set up standard actions in case of deviations.

Control cards can be limited to be active only in accordance with certain processes.

Measurement results

MW-QA gives the possibility to register controls and measurements in all item-/production related processes in a company. This could be receiving items, delivering items from stock, in the production (routes, resources, jobs) sales order deliveries, etc.

Registration of deliveries

Companies can have the need to register events i relation to production, that can not be related to a specific production. This could be the change of oil, tools, etc.

These changes could be of importance regarding the quality of the produced items, and therefore MW-QA gives you the possibility to register these types of values, making it possible to see these in relation to other QA-registrations afterwards.All QA-registrations are saved with multiple references depending on where they were born, so that it is possible to trace e.g. Items, batch numbers, date/time intervals, productions etc. regardless of where, when and by whom the registrations has been made.

Complaints from customers

The MW-QA module offers the possibility of optimizing the handling of complaints from customers and consumers.When receiving a complaint, this is registered and a workflow is added, that makes sure, that all people involved in handling the complaint is given the relevant information. At the same time, it is made sure, that no complaints will disappear in the system.

In connection with handling the complaints, it is possible to add measure-ment results and actions to the complaint, and there is created a log of information, that can be used to follow up on the quality of the production.

Follow up on QA

The detailed measurement results and registrations can accordingly be used for tracing items, productions and so on, both in specific values, but also in relation to time and other parameters.
